Test Manager – Data Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish, evaluate, and enhance testing strategies for a sophisticated ecosystem comprising internal applications and various third-party integrations.

• Develop testing strategies for End-to-End testing across diverse applications.

• Formulate testing methodologies for significant product launches, extending beyond standard software releases.

• Create testing strategies for migration efforts transitioning from a legacy application to a new platform.

• Assist in testing migration-related functionalities, focusing on data quality, consistency, completeness, and process validation.

• Detect deficiencies in the existing testing framework and propose enhancements.

• Enhance the automation coverage strategy and identify areas where automation can add the most value.

• Aid in clarifying and optimizing QA processes to ensure they are practical, efficient, and ready for execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or in a comparable position.

• Proven track record in defining and refining testing strategies for complex enterprise settings.

• Familiarity with systems that involve multiple applications and third-party integrations.

• Strong grasp of End-to-End testing principles.

• Experience with testing methodologies for significant launches, rollouts, or major releases.

• Background in data migration testing.

• Capability to enhance QA processes, ensuring they are clear, practical, and ready for implementation.

• Solid understanding of test automation coverage strategies.

• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams.

• Proficiency in English.
