Test Lead, Manual Testing, US Healthcare, Medicaid/Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of detailed test planning for intricate features and releases.

• Establish and apply effective testing strategies, incorporating risk-based methodologies.

• Perform advanced exploratory testing and validate edge cases.

• Analyze requirements and designs to evaluate testability and pinpoint quality risks.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Offer mentorship and support to the testing team.

• Provide transparent reporting on testing progress, results, and quality metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A total of over 15 years of experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in Medicaid pharmacy operations, MMIS/MES systems, PBM functions, or pharmacy claims processing.

• Strong knowledge of: NDC, HCPCS, quantity limits, and drug pricing methodologies, Medicaid PDL, clinical PA criteria, and DUR requirements, as well as pharmacy benefit administration and reimbursement models.

• Practical experience with EDI transactions (837, 835, 278).

• Proficiency in test management tools and SQL for data validation.

• Familiarity with Gainwell, Conduent, Optum, Magellan, or other Medicaid pharmacy modules.
