Test Data Management Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and create Test Data Management (TDM) solutions for enterprise-level applications.

• Build self-service utilities for test data provisioning utilizing Java, Groovy, or Python.

• Execute processes for data discovery, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and validation.

• Assist with test data requests, refresh activities, and governance of test data.

• Write SQL queries and perform API validations to ensure the quality and accuracy of data.

• Develop and manage Gold Copy databases and frameworks for data provisioning.

• Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to facilitate effective testing.

• Operate Mainframe JCL batch jobs to create extracts and transfer them via Managed File Transfer (MFT).

• Automate API or UI workflows to tailor test data according to requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Provisioning, Mainframe JCL, ETL, and Test Data Automation.

• Significant hands-on experience with GenRocket, Informatica TDM, or comparable TDM tools.

• Strong programming capabilities in Core Java, Groovy, or Python.

• Demonstrated expertise in SQL, ETL, RDBMS, and Cloud Data Sources.

• Proficient in Data Masking and Synthetic Data Generation techniques.

• Familiarity with REST APIs.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to agile delivery.

• Profound understanding of the distinctions between coding and engineering.

• Advanced proficiency in Oral English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
