This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and sustain automated testing across API, data, middleware, and application layers.
• Work in collaboration with software developers, analysts, and functional testers to design and implement comprehensive end-to-end testing solutions.
• Create and execute test cases that align with both functional and non-functional requirements outlined in user stories.
• Conduct data validation tasks utilizing SQL and various data analysis tools.
• Establish and manage scalable automation frameworks for middleware, API, and data-layer testing.
• Strategize and carry out regression testing activities in accordance with release and change management protocols.
• Provide estimates for testing efforts and ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and delivery milestones.
• Diagnose software issues and assist in root cause analysis in partnership with delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-level testing strategies and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance testing efficiency, increase automation coverage, and improve quality results.
• Support team objectives and assume additional responsibilities as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Over 5 years of experience in software testing and automation engineering.
• Proven experience in executing both manual and automated test scripts.
• Extensive experience with API, middleware, integration, and data testing.
• Proficient in using Selenium, TestNG, or similar automation frameworks and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Jira for test management and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline-based test automation methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams in Agile settings.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to acquire and maintain a government security clearance.
