
Territory Sales Specialist – Wound Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals driven by securing key accounts and converting competitive opportunities across the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrate and articulate clinical and product knowledge effectively and succinctly.
• Conduct thorough customer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions.
• Manage relationships effectively with key stakeholders within targeted accounts.
• Engage with advanced practice clinicians (including Surgeons, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Wound Ostomy Continence Nurses, and Nurses) to influence product selection decisions.
• Implement the sales process and contracts efficiently.
• Sustain and enhance market penetration within existing accounts and healthcare systems.
• Coordinate opportunities both internally and externally with clients.
• Strategically plan territory and accounts (including pre and post-call planning) and targeting.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and punctually.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales is required; experience in the Healthcare Industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with wound care and surgical markets is an advantage.
• Additional experience in Business to Business sales is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, competitive, tenacious, high integrity, fearless, strategic, passionate, and a team player.
• Willingness to travel overnight, and work weekends and evenings as needed (approximately 25-35% of the time).
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
• Experience with CRM systems is recommended (e.g., Salesforce.com, Dynamics).
