This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a strategic business plan for a designated geographic area to effectively identify, engage, and build a network of relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Successfully engage with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and others across various medical subspecialties.
• Manage hybrid relationships through a combination of in-person and virtual interactions, utilizing innovative work methods to enhance efficiency.
• Effectively engage with retail pharmacies, including both chain and independent establishments.
• Leverage data sources to optimize strategies and efficiencies, capitalizing on opportunities that yield the highest return on investment.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profit targets.
• Oversee and monitor territory-specific information utilizing a CRM system.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry.
• Proven track record of sales growth while managing an individual territory, consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong business acumen, understanding of clinical information, and the ability to communicate a clinical sales message to Healthcare Providers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in virtual engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva).
• Self-motivated, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
