This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Exhibit consistent sales performance by achieving the targets established by the company.

• Cultivate new business relationships while enhancing connections with current clients.

• Keep up-to-date and precise records of customers and prospects for easy access, facilitating the development and maintenance of sales relationships for present and future transactions.

• Engage in extensive telephone and face-to-face interactions with clients and potential customers to meet or surpass their expectations throughout the sales process.

• Track, document, and report on various situations (both positive and negative) that can be addressed to enhance the sales, installation, or post-sale processes.

• Be readily available to customers for inquiries and concerns, establishing yourself as an expert with outstanding product and service knowledge.

• Stay informed about new products or applications within the organization and industry to better support our company and our clients.

• Arrange customer visits to showrooms and conduct or organize product demonstrations as necessary.

• Develop and deliver sales presentations and general information sessions.

• Engage in valuable association events.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business development.

• 3-5 years of experience in cold calling.

• 3-5 years of experience in technical sales.

• 3-5 years of experience in the wood industry is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

• Capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Self-motivated and independent.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-oriented.

• Must be able to establish and meet sales objectives set by the company.
