This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Drive Special Order Sales: Enhance market share by boosting sales of special-order units, revenue, and average selling price.
• Deliver product knowledge training and conduct product demonstrations.
• Maintain Current Stock Business: Collaborate with the Merchandising Execution Team (MET) to ensure product quality.
• Interact with store personnel, including managers and assistants.
• Strategically organize weekly schedules and report on sales activities.
• Quickly address customer complaints and propose solutions.
• Provide feedback to sales team leadership.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Direct sales experience in the building products industry is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the building products sector and home improvement retail channel is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• General awareness of major competitive brands within the industry is a plus.
