This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Territory Sales Manager is tasked with meeting sales goals and increasing sales volume for Hoya Vision Care products within a designated area, all while providing an outstanding customer experience.
• This role is responsible for acquiring new Eye Care Professional (ECP) accounts, expanding the business of existing ECPs, and enhancing customer loyalty through the effective delivery of Hoya Vision Care’s products, marketing initiatives, service excellence, and technical expertise.
• Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate their proficiency in executing strategies, account prospecting, and acquiring new business within their designated territory.
• Candidates must reside in the territory to qualify for this position.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven sales achievements with 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the optical field are advantageous for comprehending the intricacies of vision care.
• Proficient in computer and presentation skills (Microsoft Suite).
• Must possess a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and have access to a vehicle.
• Able to regularly drive for extended periods to cover the territory, up to 90% of the time.
• Capable of driving under various conditions and spending long durations seated in the vehicle.
• Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Hoya’s MVR policy, as driving is a crucial function of the job.
• Flexible work schedules with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel are anticipated.
