
Territory Sales Manager – Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Build and nurture robust long-term relationships with clients.
• Drive the growth of the Farmina brand within the designated territory.
• Manage retail customer accounts in the assigned area.
• Accompany distribution representatives on their routes.
• Conduct store visits on a rotation of every 6 to 8 weeks.
• Acquire new customer accounts.
• Offer merchandising assistance.
• Provide training to staff members.
• Participate in trade shows.
• Ensure timely submission of expense reports, including mileage.
• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in the pet food sector.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage others' schedules.
• Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively across various functions.
• Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
