This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Expanding Tyler Union’s market presence through specification initiatives
• Overseeing, sustaining, and broadening the current distributor network
• Delivering exceptional customer service to support sales and profitability objectives
• Assisting with technical inquiries and installation requirements
• Creating communication channels with distributors, engineers, and local governments
• Managing existing accounts and maintaining regular communication with clients
• Preparing weekly reports for management
• Analyzing competition by collecting market data
• Engaging in trade associations, including attending seminars and trade exhibitions
• Collaborating with the Project Manager to prioritize significant projects in the region
• Identifying specification targets to coordinate with the Sales Engineer
• Resolving field issues and addressing product claims
• Carrying out various sales and service-related tasks as assigned by management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, training, and education
• Prior experience in the waterworks industry is preferred
• Willingness to undertake extensive domestic travel as projects and responsibilities require
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, assertive individuals who excel in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in negotiating and closing business deals
• Strong financial and analytical skills along with effective presentation abilities
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
