This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct a minimum of 15 in-person calls each week.
• Deliver professional presentations or demonstrations of the company's products or services while on location.
• Engage with all target accounts and foster incremental growth with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new accounts to expand the business.
• Drive growth across all categories within our product catalog.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the industry and our products to effectively communicate our unique selling propositions and address objections.
• Collaborate in joint meetings with distributor representatives to identify new market opportunities and communicate current brand strategies.
• Participate in occasional “ride alongs” with distributor representatives to nurture strong distributor relationships and explore new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain a network of referrals, industry contacts, and professional organizations to generate new revenue growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely CRM reporting with full utilization.
• Conduct front line assessments of industry conditions and inform Sales Management of findings, which are now tracked in CRM.
• Oversee in-store demonstrations and events.
• Manage promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partnerships with local retailers.
• Continuously build and maintain a knowledge base of competitors’ products, marketing strategies, and pricing.
• Manage personnel and expenses within the assigned territory.
• Availability for night and weekend hours as required by Management.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.
• A university or college degree in Sales, Marketing, Business – or – 3 years of direct experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
• Proven ability to convert potential buyers and close sales while achieving sales targets.
• CRM experience is advantageous.

• Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Well-organized with strong overall communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized work habits.

• Capability to perform basic calculations and mathematical functions.
• Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and other computer applications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a criminal background check.
• Participation in and contribution to KLN mandated functions and meetings.
• Maintain and safeguard confidential company information.
• Able to work in a general office environment and at trade shows.
