This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Strategically plan, organize, maintain, and expand a profitable portfolio of around 50 target and core dealers.
• Identify and onboard dealers within the designated territory.
• Drive sales through proactive engagement with current and prospective customers regarding new product launches, services, supplies, pricing, programs, and discounts.
• Sustain and enhance sales revenue and gross margin.
• Collaborate effectively with Branch Managers and their teams to boost sales in the assigned branches within the territory.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC sector.
• Strong sales capabilities with a proven track record of developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and internal systems such as CRM and expense reporting.
• Strong skills in relationship building and customer service, with a knack for generating new business through effective negotiation and execution of a sales plan.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• High level of focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and plans.
• Familiarity with HVAC products, services, customer needs, and market trends.
• Self-driven, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
