This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Continuously meet professional sales skill targets by fostering market growth, managing a strong sales pipeline, planning and overseeing key accounts, and utilizing exceptional interpersonal sales abilities.
• Attain revenue goals for Dymax adhesives and equipment by engaging both existing and prospective customers in the territory through direct interpersonal sales and collaborative sales efforts.
• Expand business by identifying and targeting new audiences, organizing informative events that present engaging information on Dymax technologies, products, and services.
• Create and implement the sales process and develop a pipeline by evaluating potential account operations, exploring alternatives, crafting professional proposals and quotes, delivering impactful presentations, and diligently following up to establish trust and commitment.
• Fulfill Dymax strategic sales goals by devising, executing, and implementing a territory account sales plan that aligns realistically with targeted opportunities and projected revenues.
• Generate sales and cultivate new business from the ground level through cold calling potential account customers, producing sales leads, addressing sales inquiries, and researching and analyzing prospective sales opportunities.
• Enhance sales through market growth and penetration by collaborating with global key account teams to identify opportunities to secure in-territory accounts and assigning non-key leads to internal sales and sales partners.
• Foster product development opportunities by identifying and articulating needs that arise at key target accounts and collaborating with Business Development and R&D to devise solutions to meet these needs.
• A BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Capability to handle and operate equipment.
• Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based software.
• Self-motivated and resourceful; attentive to detail, with a strong commitment to follow-through.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Over 3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within a custom adhesive, chemical, coatings/paint, medical/pharmaceutical/food manufacturing, or packaging/dispensing environment.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor even under pressure.
• Ability to actively listen, empathize with, and present to potential and existing customers.
