This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish connections with foodservice operators to enhance sales and promote the adoption of our equipment solutions.
• Engage with chefs, kitchen managers, and owners to gain insight into their operational challenges and propose equipment solutions that enhance kitchen performance.
• Invite and assess restaurant operators for participation in regional hands-on events.
• Articulate the advantages of Alto-Shaam technology in practical culinary contexts.
• Cultivate relationships with local operators while actively pursuing new opportunities within your designated territory.
• Collaborate with internal culinary experts, manufacturer representatives, and dealer partners to assist customers from initial contact through installation and continuous usage.
• 3-5+ years of proven B2B territory sales experience, ideally within foodservice distribution, equipment dealer sales, or direct manufacturer sales.
• A culinary degree or significant back-of-house operational experience (Chef, Kitchen Manager, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in consultative, solution-oriented selling.
• Demonstrated ability to pivot discussions from features to concrete benefits such as labor savings, kitchen efficiency, and enhanced service.
• Proven capability to quickly establish trust and rapport with culinary staff, operators, and business owners.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, up to 70% of the time.
