This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Tasked with identifying and engaging new clients within our Payroll/HCM services sector.
• Keep detailed records of current and potential clients as per company guidelines, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact details, and other pertinent information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; presently using Atlas.
• Accountable for meeting minimum production targets, including arranging initial appointments to secure a WIN.
• Continuously enhance and expand knowledge of the existing product/service portfolio along with trends and advancements in the financial technology sector to stay informed.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and hold regular one-on-ones with the team leader.
• Responsible for mentoring and training Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) under their supervision.
• Provide regular status updates to the reporting PDM.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid Driver’s License and active automobile insurance are required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is essential.
• Must reside in proximity to the job posting location.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Exceptional skills in prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A motivated sales “hunter” driven by incentives.
• Professional demeanor combined with outstanding integrity.
• Strong sense of urgency and natural sales aptitude.
• Enjoys cold-calling and engaging with individuals in person.
• Responsible for delivering measurable, high-quality, and timely outcomes.
• Willingness to spend 50% of the time in the field.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
