This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Formulate and implement territory sales strategies to meet annual revenue goals across HVACR product lines, which include controls, thermostats, compressors, and condensing units.
• Discover and leverage new business prospects, fostering growth through both distribution and contractor channels.
• Generate demand utilizing pull-through sales techniques, engaging contractors, and participating in contractor incentive programs.
• Create and execute sales and marketing initiatives at the branch level, encompassing open houses, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and key accounts within the assigned territory.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions for wholesalers and contractors to improve their product knowledge and application skills.
• Keep precise and current records of customer interactions, opportunities, and competitive insights within Salesforce.
• Work collaboratively across departments such as operations, marketing, product planning, and engineering to provide customer-centric solutions and promote portfolio expansion.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in outside sales.
• Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and driving sales growth.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to remain resilient under pressure and discern when to escalate issues appropriately.
