This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Prioritize customer satisfaction by showcasing teamwork and empowerment.
β’ Position yourself as the primary expert for your customers.
β’ Build and nurture relationships for new business opportunities and existing accounts.
β’ Utilize professional solution-based selling techniques to address customer needs.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of field sales experience, with a college degree preferred (previous experience in paint is not necessary).
β’ Strong communication, listening, and public speaking skills, with the ability to negotiate and effectively persuade others.
β’ High level of self-discipline, organization, and proficiency in time management.
β’ A natural sense of accountability, a self-starter comfortable working independently.
β’ Capability to drive results and fulfill expectations.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
β’ A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
