Territory Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review, update, and oversee documentation

• Handle wholesale orders, open orders, and AOBS along with necessary corrective actions

• Monitor patient data and interactions with the physician spreadsheet

• Reach out to patients for fitting appointments and any requested TM/ATM assistance

• Provide the RVP with a quarterly analysis of the territory, identifying pain points and critical issues

• Excellent time management skills: including prioritization, delegation, and decision-making capabilities

• Proficient in data entry, spreadsheet management, and related electronic tools
