This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive increased sales revenue and profitability in the Southern FL region.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and objectives established by management.
• Generate demand by educating customers on the features and advantages of the Certa-Lok restrained joint PVC Product system.
• Deliver professional presentations or demonstrations of the company's products and services.
• Build, cultivate, and sustain business relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a continuous awareness of industry products and services, as well as competitor activities.
• Analyze marketing data using sales management software tools.
• Effectively manage travel schedules to cover the assigned territory.
• Keep up-to-date with professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing relevant publications.
• Address customer complaints by identifying issues and facilitating solutions.
• Provide management with weekly market activities/results and monthly territory analyses.
• Collaborate closely with distribution to forecast monthly sales volumes.
• Coordinate sales initiatives with sales management, accounting, logistics, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or a related field.
• Must currently reside in the Tampa, Sarasota, or Bradenton, FL areas.
• Required 3-5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in multi-level sales and pull-through sales is essential.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven individual.
• Strong skills in presentation, organization, and time management.
• Proven history of exceeding corporate objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong technical skills and aptitude; capable of presenting technical concepts through hands-on demonstrations to clients.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
