This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Spearhead new business development within OEM accounts, focusing on the nuclear and pharmaceutical sectors.
β’ Oversee and expand an assigned territory (from NC to MA), which includes managing select existing accounts as well as targeting new customers.
β’ Identify, evaluate, and secure sales opportunities for mechanical seals, rotating equipment, and associated solutions.
β’ Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers, OEM partners, and key decision-makers.
β’ Formulate and implement territory sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
β’ Prepare and present technical presentations, proposals, and quotations promptly.
β’ Keep precise sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and provide monthly reports on bookings and performance.
β’ Work collaboratively across various internal teams (engineering, operations, service) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
β’ 4β5+ years of technical sales experience in mechanical seals, rotating equipment, or pumps.
β’ Demonstrated success in closing new business and driving revenue growth, exhibiting a βhunterβ mentality.
β’ OEM sales experience is highly preferred.
β’ Strong technical aptitude; an engineering degree is preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is present.
β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly within the territory, primarily by car.
β’ Highly self-motivated with robust organizational and time management skills.
