This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting increased product adoption through the delivery of clinical expertise, primarily focused on the Gastrointestinal (GI) tract and Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) anatomy.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of product line features, benefits, and supporting evidence.
• Regularly engage with all customers within the designated geographic territory.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and physicians in the assigned region.
• Provide education to physicians and clinical staff regarding the use of GI products.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the extended sales force by consistently sharing communication and best practices.
• Develop a deep understanding of the reimbursement landscape for all products and communicate this knowledge effectively.
• Continuously update sales action plans and forecasts.
• Offer solution-oriented strategies to enhance product adoption and drive sales growth.
• Successfully introduce new devices developed or acquired by the organization within the assigned territory.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations and education in accounts through both individual and group interactions to enhance customer understanding and proficiency in the GI product line.
• Exhibit expertise in disease states relevant to the products offered.
• Comprehend and convey clinical studies and journal articles related to all pertinent disease states.
• Maintain administrative tasks in Salesforce.com.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of experience* OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience* OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience*
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience in Gastrointestinal or Endoscopy sales.
• Proficiency in contract negotiations within the regions.
• Proven track record of successful conversions.
• Experience with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Advanced skills in partnering and influencing finance and procurement in acute care settings.
• Background in business development and management.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
