This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture outstanding customer relationships to drive robust business growth.
• Adopt a consultative selling approach that allows for independent operation on a daily basis.
• Generate new business opportunities within the designated geographic territory.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets as defined by the territory quota set by sales management.
• Respond to customer needs swiftly and accurately; ensure all phone and email inquiries are addressed within 24 hours.
• Develop and implement an efficient call cycle plan to expand territory business; prepare and deliver account business plans for at least the “top 25” customers along with quarterly growth strategies.
• Maintain technical expertise in CVI products as well as competing products.
• Utilize a CRM tool and provide daily reports to analyze product performance, account sales, and overall territory development.
• Engage in provincial and regional optical exhibitions when requested.
• Timely submission of all administrative documents (including call reports, expense reports, ROI reports, etc.).
• Motivated self-starter with the capability to work independently.

• Anticipate, comprehend, prioritize, and fulfill customer requirements.
• Adaptable to a dynamic work environment; engage with various situations, individuals, and groups on a daily basis.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
• Effectively identify, assess, and incorporate information to make informed decisions.
• Capable of delivering presentations to customer groups of varying sizes.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the optical sector or related medical/technical healthcare field.
• Proven experience in tangible product sales is highly valued. Knowledge of the optical industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, though candidates with significant sales experience and a proven track record of performance and results will also be considered.
