This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Propel sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base along with market share.
• Perform prospect analysis to comprehend their business, identify opportunities, and recognize gaps.
• Build and maintain sales pipelines, ensuring continuous activity and progression.
• Make at least 30 cold calls each day, schedule 5 meetings daily, and conduct 2-3 meetings a day.
• Implement and execute the Company's sales strategy effectively.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the dedicated product portfolio.
• Provide professional education to prospects regarding the product lineup.
• Execute product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Establish, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with businesses and customers.
• Create reference sites and offer sales support during meetings, workshops, and conventions as needed.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data through regular updates.
• Assist with installation at customer sites according to the Company's established methods.
• Achieve sales targets consistently.
• Timely forecasting and submission of sales reports.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments, including Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
• BA/BS University Degree or an equivalent educational background in business or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales.
• Preferred experience in selling lasers, RF, or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and Med Spas.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and driving growth.
• Exceptional cold calling and sales skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under strict deadlines.
• Team-oriented individual who collaborates well with all internal departments.
• Self-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Must possess a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
