Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell capital and disposable medical products.

• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline via qualified leads, referrals, and various outreach strategies, while cultivating strong relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Oversee the complete sales process, which includes crafting sales proposals, responding to RFPs, and delivering presentations, all while keeping precise CRM records.

• Offer in-service education, training, technical assistance, and timely insights on market trends, ensuring compliance with budget constraints and supporting industry trade exhibitions.

• This is a remote role that requires residency in the Greater Dallas or Fort Worth areas, with overnight travel anticipated to be between 50% and 65%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the direct sale of medical devices to hospitals.

• Experience in achieving sales success through the "concept selling" approach is advantageous.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management abilities.

• Capability to create accurate sales forecasts and implement tactical sales strategies.

• Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and obtain any and all required vaccinations.
