This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• In the role of a Verathon Sales Representative, you will strategically oversee the business within your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope® product line.

• You will implement sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on sales opportunities identified through Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.

• You will cultivate new business and sustain current relationships by understanding customer needs, building rapport, and influencing clients through presentations that offer creative solutions to their challenges.

• You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.

• You will drive a high volume of sales activity through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal creation, customer presentations, and negotiations.

• You will project your business potential to ensure that your sales pipeline aligns with the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• You will acquire new industry and market knowledge to adapt to changes in market demand and strategy.

• You will participate in strategic business planning and execution while providing accurate and comprehensive sales reports to leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience is essential.

• Must meet vendor credentialing standards for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccination).

• Must possess valid insurance and a driver's license.

• Capability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds is necessary.

• Residency within the territory is required, with preference for candidates in the Tucson area.

• Expected overnight travel is 4-6 nights per month, on average, to cover the territory, which includes eastern Arizona.

• Travel outside the assigned territory is necessary for annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person training as needed.
