This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• In this role, you will be tasked with driving growth and achieving lead measures and sales objectives through the effective marketing of Nestlé Health Science products to Healthcare Professionals in the Acute, Community, and Long-Term Care sectors.
• You will meet sales goals by recognizing customer needs and promoting Nestlé Health Science products in a professional and effective manner, while staying informed about competitive offerings and market activities.
• Analyze account-level sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks, and formulate selling strategies to address these appropriately for both existing clients and potential new customers.
• Create territory-specific business plans that align with the overarching business strategy and effectively execute these plans to reach individual and team sales targets.
• Purposefully execute actions to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead measures that will foster sustainable and profitable sales growth.
• Optimize impactful, sales-driven customer interactions through various communication channels (face-to-face, MS Teams, & phone) that lead to sustainable and profitable sales in collaboration with the account, ensuring shared accountability and clear action plans.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct sales or relevant business experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Post-secondary education in Nutrition, Life Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Registered Dietitian status is an asset but not mandatory.
• A polished professional with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the capability to present recommendations to healthcare professionals.
• A valid full driver’s license and a safe driving record are required, as travel within the designated territory will be frequent.
• Ability to identify customer and patient needs to influence and achieve effective business outcomes.
