This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Represent Mondelēz: embody professionalism, reliability, and a dedication to execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.
• Act as a trusted field partner: providing exceptional customer service to store teams and reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Carry out daily coverage: visiting stores according to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards, including capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays: ensuring adherence to RTM-negotiated plans and maintaining strong visibility for our brands.
• Adhere to assigned schedules: executing daily priorities established by your District Manager (DM) or RTM for efficient and effective territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions: supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high-visibility promotional events.
• Build and sustain relationships: collaborating with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership—to ensure smooth execution and teamwork.
• Support capability development: reinforcing foundational skills and aiding in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to enhance field capability.
• Prepare for future leadership: developing operational, communication, and problem-solving skills that serve as a robust foundation for future advancement into management roles.
• Prioritize safety and compliance: embrace the physical demands of the role—including lifting, bending, and moving products—while adhering to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies for safe and responsible driving across the territory.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule availability is required, including weekends.
• Must be able to travel across assigned markets.
• Must be capable of performing physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.).
