Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative of Mondelēz in retail environments, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and excellence in execution while assisting Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to the standards of Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence.

• Capture display images and document execution through DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in alignment with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional activities.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Strengthen foundational skills and aid in the onboarding process for new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for potential future management roles.

• Lift, bend, move, push, and pull products while complying with safety protocols and company vehicle policies.

• Travel across assigned markets to ensure comprehensive territory coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the residing state.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Capability to travel across designated markets.

• Ability to frequently lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs.

• Proficient in pushing and pulling products.

• Experience in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles is essential.

• Competent in maintaining shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications, including DMI and Salesforce.

• Strong time and task management skills for store visits and coverage assignments.

• Ability to reinforce foundational skills and assist in onboarding processes.
