Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Provide direct assistance to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Represent Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism and exemplary execution.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams while upholding company standards.

• Conduct store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence guidelines.

• Capture display images and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Foster relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce essential skills and aid in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Cultivate operational, communication, and problem-solving abilities for future management opportunities.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while lifting, bending, moving products, and driving throughout the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A college degree is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Ability to travel across designated markets.

• Capability to frequently lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs.

• Ability to push and pull products.

• Skilled in taking on Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Proficient in maintaining shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution.

• Comfortable with mobile tools and applications, including DMI and Salesforce.

• Organized in managing time and tasks across multiple locations.

• Must adhere to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.
