Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative of Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism, dependability, and exceptional execution, while providing support to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the area.

• Offer outstanding customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits in accordance with Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture photos of displays and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Execute promotional displays based on RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Strengthen foundational skills and assist in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management opportunities.

• Engage in physical fieldwork while complying with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A valid driver's license issued by the resident state is required.

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A college degree is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

• Capable of frequently lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs.

• Able to push and pull products.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Comfortable utilizing mobile tools and applications to follow schedules, document execution, capture display photos, and complete coverage tasks.

• Capable of proactively adapting to coverage needs, seasonal priorities, and unexpected challenges in stores.

• Skilled in managing time and tasks across multiple locations.

• Able to reinforce foundational skills and support the onboarding process.
