Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative for Mondelēz within stores while assisting Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the region.

• Provide customer service to store personnel and uphold Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture display images and document execution via DMI and Salesforce.

• Execute promotional displays in line with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to daily priorities and schedules assigned by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist in the launch of new products, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Foster relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leaders.

• Strengthen foundational skills and support the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for potential management progression.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while lifting, bending, and transporting products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A valid driver's license issued by the resident state is required.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Preferred 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.

• Must reside within the geographical limits of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Willingness to travel within assigned markets.

• Capability to frequently lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs.

• Proficient in taking on Merchandiser and Order Writer responsibilities.

• Ability to maintain shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution.

• Confidently utilize mobile tools and applications, including DMI and Salesforce.

• Demonstrated adaptability and initiative in addressing coverage needs and store challenges.

• Effective time and task management across multiple locations.

• Competency in supporting onboarding and reinforcing foundational skills.
