Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative for Mondelēz in retail locations while providing support to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to store teams, ensuring adherence to Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits following the standards of Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence.

• Capture photographic evidence of displays and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Execute promotional displays in alignment with plans negotiated through RTM.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities as established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist in the launch of new products, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Build strong relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Strengthen foundational skills and aid in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Cultivate operational, communication, and problem-solving skills to prepare for future management opportunities.

• Lift, bend, and move products while adhering to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience is preferred.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

• Capability to perform frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs.

• Ability to step into roles of Merchandiser and Order Writer as needed.

• Proficiency in maintaining shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution.

• Competence in utilizing mobile tools and applications for following schedules and documenting execution.

• Strong time and task management skills across multiple locations.

• Ability to assist in onboarding and capability building initiatives.

• Adhere to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.
