This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead sales efforts at the territory level and act as the main point of contact between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve territory revenue targets by implementing brand strategies and conveying authorized clinical information.
• Engage in account planning and work collaboratively with the commercial team.
• Effectively promote rare disease products in line with company and industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, compliance regulations, and business conduct principles.
• Ensure adherence to company, industry, and governmental laws and regulations.
• Take ownership of overall territory revenue and customer support initiatives.
• Identify customer needs and deliver solutions in live, virtual, community, and academic environments.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and major cancer centers.
• Develop in-depth market knowledge, customer understanding, product insights, and competitive analysis.
• Participate in continuous training and development focused on product knowledge, sales skills, planning, analytics, marketing tools, clinical information, and sales competencies.
• Prioritize activities that accelerate the delivery of medicines to patients.
• Analyze data, understand trends, prepare and communicate strategies, and utilize digital platforms and omnichannel approaches.
• Engage in field coaching sessions aimed at account-plan execution and skill development.
• Coordinate communication and tactical efforts with colleagues in the field and at headquarters.
• Support local and area key opinion leaders.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry is required.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated rare disease sales experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector with a record of successful outcomes.
• Experience in neurology with both pediatric and adult populations.
• Background in oncology is preferred.
• Proven experience selling in a competitive market environment.
• Experience in rare disease sales is essential.
• Familiarity with virtual selling and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology.
• A thorough understanding of the neurology/oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in reimbursement processes and managed care.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid and active driver’s license is necessary.
• Must reside within the specified territory.
• The position may require domestic travel of up to 50% of the time.
