This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Lead sales efforts at the territory level, acting as the key liaison between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve revenue targets by implementing brand strategies through approved clinical information, account planning, and collaboration with the commercial team.
• Promote rare disease products appropriately, adhering to company and industry guidelines.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, compliance standards, and business conduct requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company, industry, and government laws and regulations.
• Take ownership of overall territory revenue and customer support initiatives.
• Recognize customer needs and deliver solutions in both live and virtual settings across community and academic environments.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and major cancer centers.
• Develop comprehensive insights into the market, customers, products, and competitors, adapting to evolving healthcare dynamics.
• Engage in continuous training and development to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, planning, analysis, and marketing tools.
• Identify and implement strategies to prioritize patients and customers, improving the delivery of medical solutions.
• Analyze data, identify trends, prepare and communicate plans, and utilize digital platforms alongside omnichannel strategies.
• Participate in field coaching sessions aimed at executing account plans and developing competencies.
• Coordinate communication and tactical initiatives with both field and headquarters colleagues.
• Support local and regional key opinion leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech sectors is essential.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in rare diseases within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, with a record of success.
• Experience in neurology with both pediatric and adult populations.
• Background in oncology is preferred.
• Proven track record of sales in a competitive market.
• Experience in rare disease sales is required.
• Familiarity with virtual selling and a history of leveraging technology effectively.
• A deep understanding of the neurology and oncology landscapes, along with market dynamics, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement and managed care processes.
• High integrity coupled with an exceptional work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A collaborative, curious, and team-oriented mindset.

• A valid and active driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
