This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead sales efforts at the territory level, acting as the main point of contact between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve revenue targets by implementing brand objectives and conveying approved clinical information.
• Engage in account planning and collaborate effectively with the commercial team.
• Promote rare disease products appropriately and execute programs and initiatives in line with company and industry standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company policies, compliance, business conduct, and ethical practices.
• Take ownership of territory revenue and customer support.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions in both live and virtual environments across community and academic settings.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and major cancer centers.
• Generate market, customer, product, and competitive insights and adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Engage in continuous training and development in product knowledge, sales skills, planning, analysis, marketing tools, clinical information, and sales competencies.
• Prioritize actions that expedite the delivery of medicines to patients.
• Analyze data, recognize trends, prepare and communicate plans, and utilize digital platforms along with omnichannel strategies.
• Participate in field coaching aimed at executing account plans and enhancing competencies.
• Coordinate communication and strategies with both field and headquarters colleagues.
• Support local and area key opinion leaders.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry is required.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in rare disease sales within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector with a history of successful outcomes.
• Experience in neurology with both pediatric and adult populations.
• Background in oncology is required.
• Proven experience in a competitive sales environment.
• Familiarity with virtual selling and a proven track record of leveraging technology.
• Strong understanding of the neurology/oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable.
• In-depth expertise in reimbursement and managed care is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A valid and active driver’s license is required.
• Candidates must reside within the specified territory.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
