This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee sales activities within the designated territory and act as the main point of contact between clients and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve revenue targets by sharing approved clinical information, engaging in account planning, and collaborating with the commercial team.
• Effectively promote rare disease products and execute programs and initiatives in line with company and industry standards.
• Maintain an expert understanding of company policies, compliance regulations, and ethical business practices.
• Take ownership of overall territory revenue and customer support.
• Meet both short-term and long-term sales goals by recognizing customer needs and offering solutions in live, virtual, community, and academic environments.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and major cancer centers.
• Gain comprehensive insights into market dynamics, customer needs, product offerings, and competitive landscape, adapting strategically to changes in healthcare.
• Engage in continuous training and development in product knowledge, sales techniques, planning, analysis, marketing tools, clinical information, and sales competencies.
• Focus on activities that facilitate quicker access to medicines for patients.
• Analyze data, recognize trends, prepare and communicate plans, and leverage digital platforms and omnichannel strategies.
• Participate in field coaching aimed at executing account plans and enhancing competencies.
• Ensure coordination of communication and strategies with field and headquarters colleagues.
• Assist local and area key opinion leaders.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry is required.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated success in rare disease sales within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
• Experience in neurology with both pediatric and adult populations.
• Background in oncology is essential.
• Proven track record of selling in a competitive market.
• Experience with virtual sales and a history of utilizing technology effectively.
• Strong knowledge in reimbursement and managed care practices.
• Excellent organizational skills are necessary.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are required.
• Must demonstrate high integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Should be collaborative, inquisitive, and capable of functioning as a unified team.
• Must embody the values of SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• A valid and active driver's license is required.
• Must reside within the specified Richmond territory.
• The position may necessitate domestic travel up to 50% of the time.
