This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• As an essential part of the sales/commercial team, the Territory Business Manager (TBM) will spearhead sales efforts at the territory level and act as the main point of contact between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• The TBM will achieve revenue targets by implementing brand objectives through the communication of authorized clinical information, thorough account planning, and collaboration with the commercial team.
• Become an expert in your territory by possessing extensive knowledge of the market, customers, products, and competitors. Adapt strategically to thrive in the continuously changing healthcare landscape.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), physician practices, hospitals/clinics, and practice managers across various treatment and academic environments, including leading cancer centers.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (an advanced degree is preferred).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry is required.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated success in Rare Disease sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Experience in oncology is essential.
• Proven track record in selling within a competitive market.
• Familiarity with virtual selling and a history of leveraging technology effectively.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement and managed care practices.
• Exhibits high integrity and an outstanding work ethic while fostering mutual trust and respect.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors clearly and effectively in a remote hybrid work environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays, as business needs dictate.
• A discretionary incentive compensation program is available based on individual performance linked to MBOs and the Sales Incentive Plan.
