This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Lead sales efforts at the territorial level and act as the key point of contact between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve revenue targets by implementing brand strategies through effective communication of sanctioned clinical information, account planning, and collaboration with the commercial team.
• Appropriately promote products for rare diseases and execute programs and initiatives in line with company and industry standards.
• Maintain an expert understanding of company policies, compliance standards, business conduct, and ethical practices.
• Oversee the overall revenue and customer support for the territory.
• Meet both short- and long-term sales goals by recognizing customer needs and offering solutions in live, virtual, community, and academic environments.
• Establish relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and major cancer centers.
• Cultivate comprehensive insights into the market, customers, products, and competitors, adjusting strategically to the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Engage in continuous training and development in product knowledge, sales techniques, planning, analysis, marketing tools, clinical information, and sales competencies.
• Identify and implement patient- and customer-centered strategies to expedite medicine delivery.
• Analyze data, comprehend trends, prepare and convey plans, and utilize digital platforms and omnichannel approaches.
• Participate in field coaching sessions focused on the execution of account plans and development of competencies.
• Coordinate communication and tactical initiatives with colleagues in the field and at headquarters.
• Support local and area Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industries is required.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in rare disease sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector with a record of successful outcomes.
• Experience in neurology with both pediatric and adult populations.
• Knowledge of oncology is preferred.
• Proven experience in a competitive sales market.
• Experience specifically in rare disease sales.
• Proficient in virtual selling with a proven history of leveraging technology.
• A deep understanding of the neurology/oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement and managed care processes.
• High integrity and an outstanding work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A collaborative, inquisitive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Capability to embody the values of SpringWorks Therapeutics and demonstrate accountability and ownership.
• A valid and active driver’s license is required.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Willingness and capacity to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
