This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead sales efforts at the territorial level and act as the key point of contact between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve revenue targets by implementing brand strategies, sharing approved clinical information, engaging in account planning, and collaborating with the commercial team.
• Effectively promote rare disease products and execute programs and initiatives in line with company and industry standards.
• Maintain an expert understanding of company policies, compliance obligations, business ethics, and operational practices.
• Manage territory revenue and provide customer support.
• Meet both short-term and long-term sales goals by identifying customer needs and offering solutions in various settings, including live, virtual, community, and academic environments.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and major cancer centers.
• Acquire in-depth market, customer, product, and competitive insights, and adjust strategies according to the changing healthcare landscape.
• Engage in continuous training and development related to product knowledge, sales techniques, goal setting, planning, analysis, marketing tools, clinical information, and sales competencies.
• Focus on activities that expedite the delivery of medicines to patients.
• Analyze data, recognize trends, prepare and communicate strategies, and leverage digital platforms and omnichannel approaches.
• Participate in field coaching sessions aimed at executing account plans and developing competencies.
• Facilitate communication with field and headquarters teams.
• Assist local and area key opinion leaders.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech sector is required.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated rare disease sales experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with proven success.
• Experience in neurology, including both pediatric and adult patient care.
• Background in oncology is preferred.
• Proven experience in a competitive sales environment.
• Proficient in virtual selling and a history of leveraging technology effectively.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Neurology/Oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement processes and managed care.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid and active driver's license is required.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory.
• This position may entail domestic travel up to 50% of the time.
