This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience by effectively supporting Diversey’s cleaning and sanitation initiatives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships at all levels within the customer’s organization, including end users, supervisors, and managers.
• Foster a safety-oriented culture by rigorously following EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Install equipment in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct regular site visits to assess program performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all customer equipment is kept in optimal working condition.
• Deliver training to customers on equipment operation, cleaning methods, product usage, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Monitor on-site inventory levels to guarantee that minimum required supplies are available, assist with order placement, and ensure program compliance.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by identifying key areas of concern, resolving issues, and gathering feedback on satisfaction.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment and system performance.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels in company vehicles and storage areas to meet service demands.
• Prioritize and execute repairs on leased dish machines and other equipment in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Complete service, installation, survey, and routine visit reports accurately in Salesforce FSL and relevant customer reporting systems.
• Perform administrative tasks including daily timesheet submissions, follow-ups on parts/equipment orders, documentation of consumption for cost allocation, and weekly visit planning in collaboration with your manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of field service experience, including maintenance of industrial equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in selling cleaning solutions or equipment to clients in the hospitality or food service sector.
• Willingness to support emergency business needs, which may arise during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with basic computer applications, including email, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft PowerApps, and other mobile applications.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to drive long distances when necessary.
• Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs and perform precise tasks in confined or limited spaces.
• Competent in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with proven skills in plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and departments to achieve company objectives.
