This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Sustain and enhance the current client base through regional marketing initiatives and direct sales efforts.
• Discover, evaluate, and cultivate new opportunities via prospecting and networking.
• Oversee and maintain the sales pipeline for your territory, targeting key accounts and vertical markets for growth.
• Meet established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and other regional goals set by the Vice President of Sales.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales projections.
• Supervise the daily activities of sales personnel assigned to your region, including inside sales representatives and sales engineers.
• Regularly achieve and/or surpass your assigned quotas and revenue goals.
• Leverage channel sales resources in your region as needed.
• Stay informed on competitive industry trends and market intelligence, providing feedback to executive management in this regard.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience directly related to this position.
• Capacity to employ a consultative approach when presenting ideas and products.
• Proficiency with sales tracking tools.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate work with minimal supervision.
• Capability to sit and work at a computer for extended durations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
