Tender, Offer and Contract Specialist – Nordics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the entire lifecycle of tenders throughout the Nordic countries (Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Iceland), which includes monitoring RFPs, preparing bids, submitting proposals, and tracking progress.

• Keep an eye on public procurement platforms to proactively discover relevant tender opportunities.

• Prepare, organize, and submit high-quality, competitive, and compliant responses to tenders.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to collect input and support submissions.

• Maintain and organize tender documentation, pricing, and related records, ensuring they are accurate and complete.

• Assess and enhance tender processes and workflows to increase efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to internal QMS and regional regulations while managing sensitive data responsibly.

• Analyze and report on tender-related data to aid in business decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in tender management, with a strong emphasis on tendering.

• Familiarity with public procurement processes, preferably within the Nordic region.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous.

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with tender management systems is beneficial.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Structured and dependable working style complemented by a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Interest in process optimization and enhancing efficiency.

• Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
