This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to inbound calls in real-time and address messages promptly.
• Manage leasing inquiries and arrange self-showing appointments.
• Document prospect interactions within the leads tracker.
• Independently resolve standard tenant inquiries.
• Create and assign maintenance work orders.
• Ensure accuracy in tenant records.
• Assess rental applications for timely responses.
• Issue and reset access codes for self-showings.
• Monitor the self-showing device tracker and identify any issues.
• Review the property management system for any missed payments.
• Inform the team about any delinquencies.
• Track lease expiration dates and facilitate renewals.
• Maintain the operations master sheet.
• Monthly reconciliation of utility charges.
• Complete Fair Housing training and ensure compliance.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Confident in managing live inbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple communication channels simultaneously.
• Skilled in Google Sheets.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• Available to work on a schedule aligned with US time zones.
• Must have the necessary technical setup, including webcam, headset, internet connection, and computer.
