This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the Co-Founder's calendar, ensuring that priorities are strategically arranged and dedicated focus time is safeguarded.
• Act as the main gatekeeper for meetings, requests, travel arrangements, and incoming priorities.
• Organize intricate domestic and international travel, including speaking engagements, investor meetings, board activities, and media appearances.
• Develop agendas, prepare briefing materials, conduct research, and facilitate meeting setups.
• Document action items, drive follow-up efforts, and ensure that commitments are fulfilled.
• Oversee communication through Slack, text messages, voice notes, and email.
• Listen attentively, synthesize concepts, and convert them into clear priorities, next steps, and actionable plans.
• Anticipate needs, eliminate friction, and proactively address issues before they arise.
• Work collaboratively with leaders across Innovation, Communications, Marketing, and other sectors to align priorities and ensure coherence.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Office, engaging with fellow Executive Assistants to share context, synchronize priorities, and deliver seamless organizational support.
• Coordinate initiatives that support the Co-Founder's roles as Chair, innovator, and public thought leader.
• Help maintain attention on strategic priorities while minimizing unnecessary operational distractions.
• Track initiatives, decisions, and commitments across various workstreams.
• Prepare for board meetings, podcasts, interviews, speaking engagements, and external thought leadership alongside the Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Communications + PR.
• Apply sound judgment by providing insightful context, organizing decisions, surfacing priorities, and suggesting practical recommendations when suitable.
• Manage personal calendar, appointments, travel, and household logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and manage personal administrative matters.
• Assist with medical scheduling, financial reminders, tax coordination, relocation activities, and household organization.
• Support select personal travel and logistics.
• Oversee personal projects, including creative endeavors and music-related activities.
• Develop practical systems to simplify complexities and enable the Co-Founder to focus on high-value tasks.
• Travel with the Co-Founder as needed for conferences, speaking engagements, investor events, board meetings, and strategic offsites.
• Organize all travel logistics before, during, and after trips.
• Ensure the Co-Founder has all necessary resources to excel while traveling.
• Collaborate with Communications + PR, external agencies, and event organizers to support public engagements.
• Professionally represent the company while interacting with executives, investors, media partners, and external stakeholders.
• 8+ years of experience as a trusted partner to founders, CEOs, or senior executives in high-growth organizations, adept in managing both executive and personal priorities. Experience in founder-led businesses is highly preferred; consumer products experience is an advantage.
• Outstanding project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to anticipate needs, eliminate obstacles, and exercise sound judgment.
• Flourishes in a hands-on partnership, demonstrating consistent follow-through, proactive support, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable supporting a visionary founder in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
• Ability to listen attentively, synthesize complex information, and transform ideas into clear priorities and actionable steps.
• Inquisitive, collaborative, and humble, with a sincere desire to understand before taking action and contributing to team success.

• $150,000-$180,000 base salary + 20% bonus + equity
