
Temporary Human Resources Business Partner – 4 month assignment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings as necessary.
• Work together with executive leadership and department heads to ensure alignment with the requirements of the position.
• Oversee all HR communications to guarantee prompt and professional delivery to the designated parties.
• Ensure the maintenance of secure physical and digital personnel files that comply with legal and organizational standards, including but not limited to: personnel documents, benefits information, and attendance records.
• Administer and execute payroll processes to ensure precise and timely compensation for all staff members.
• Assist the VP of HR with onboarding responsibilities for new hires.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree is required (strong preference for a degree in business, finance, or a related HR field).
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
