This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide assistance to customers through Phone, Email, and/or chat.
• Identify and address customer issues effectively.
• Exhibit strong customer service and sales capabilities.
• Notify management about issues that need escalation.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
• Utilize technology tools to facilitate daily tasks.
• Engage in training sessions to remain up-to-date.
• Inform customers about products to enhance upsell opportunities.
• Complete required documentation and maintain precise customer data.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Capable of working independently, following a work schedule, and managing regular responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Experience in call centers, retail, and/or e-commerce is advantageous.
• Technical skills are a plus, though not mandatory.
• Equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, and additional monitor will be provided!
