Templates Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and maintain Elite 3E templates utilizing XML, SQL, and the complete range of 3E template technologies.

• Implement sophisticated logic, conditional formatting, and client-specific billing regulations based on the underlying 3E data model.

• Ensure templates are optimized for performance, maintainability, and scalability across various jurisdictions.

• Stay updated with Elite 3E template architecture, including Design Gallery, template rendering engines, and updates to the 3E schema.

• Develop templates that adhere to local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements throughout Europe, encompassing VAT regulations, statutory invoice components, language variations, and jurisdiction-specific billing formats.

• Collaborate with regional finance teams to gain insights into country-specific billing practices and integrate them into template logic.

• Maintain documentation of local variations and ensure consistent governance across all regions.

• Work with Finance and Billing to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Participate in discovery sessions and offer expert advice on what is technically achievable within the 3E template framework.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure templates meet firm standards and client expectations.

• Conduct comprehensive testing of templates, including data validation, formatting assessments, and compliance with jurisdiction-specific requirements.

• Support UAT cycles, resolve issues, and implement fixes in an efficient manner.

• Provide ongoing assistance for template-related incidents, enhancements, and change requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing Elite 3E templates, with a thorough understanding of the underlying 3E template technology stack.

• Strong expertise in XML, SQL, and associated reporting tools.

• Solid grasp of 3E data structures, billing workflows, and financial processes within professional services settings.

• Experience with multi-country billing requirements, including VAT, statutory invoice components, and language-specific formatting.

• Ability to analyze complex requirements and convert them into scalable, compliant technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
