This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of current clients, aiming for quarterly retention and revenue growth objectives.
• Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within Yell’s complete suite of digital marketing solutions.
• Perform regular account assessments with clients, evaluating campaign effectiveness and suggesting strategies to enhance ROI.
• Foster robust, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as a reliable partner for their digital marketing requirements.
• Craft detailed account growth strategies to boost customer expenditure and long-term value.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Service, Fulfilment, and broader Sales teams, to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Keep precise records of pipeline and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Demonstrated experience in selling digital marketing or premium digital solutions.
• A solid history of meeting or surpassing sales and revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing products, campaign performances, and online advertising solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex digital concepts into understandable client suggestions.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized, resilient, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to client engagement.
