This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver telephonic professional nursing services utilizing motivational interviewing techniques for pharmaceutical client-funded contracts.
• Assist patients via inbound and outbound calls following their enrollment in nursing support programs.
• Perform risk assessments, offer home injection training, disease-state education, and product knowledge.
• Adhere to the standard call cadence and conduct additional calls as instructed.
• Address stakeholder inquiries and suggest client-approved resources.
• Refer callers to training, support groups, approved program materials, literature, or healthcare providers when necessary.
• Gather and record accurate, timely, clear, and complete call and task data.
• Engage in program-specific customer meetings, training sessions, and orientation meetings.
• Exhibit clinical competency through electronic or written assessments.
• Undertake special projects and other responsibilities related to contract performance.
• Operate under moderate supervision.
• Minimum Associate’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent diploma.
• Registered or Practical Nurse License (RN or LPN) in good standing in the state of employment and/or cross-licensed in other states.
• Must possess or be willing to acquire a compact nursing license.
• Readiness to obtain additional state licenses upon request.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic skills in database management and office navigation.
• Capacity to maintain high levels of customer interaction and service skills via phone.
• Ability to manage multiple PC and phone tasks while following approved scripted materials.
• Competence in interpreting patient information and determining the appropriate next steps.
• Telephonic nursing experience, preferably in support of pharmaceutical products.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing techniques.
